Linux on NUMA-Q issues

The firmware puts the merged MPS tables at 511Mb - Linux only maps the first 8Mb at early boot time. Thus we crash, hard, in very early boot. I have a one pointer fix to lynxer.elf to make it write out at 7Mb instead. If you're really going to install Linux on your NUMA-Q, email me and I'll sort it out.

I plan to try to fix this in Linux using set_fixmap() sometime soon, which will negate the need for this patch.
